About Us
Meet the
founders.
Thrown is built by two people with opposite instincts — one who plans the kind of party people talk about for months, and one who builds software. It turns out those are closer to the same job than you'd think.
Most party planning is twelve browser tabs and a group chat. You know the party you want; getting there means chasing caterers, comparing prices, and keeping a list nobody else can see.
Thrown collapses that into one place. Describe the party in a sentence and get a plan grounded in real local vendors — bookable, priced, and never invented. Then invite everyone from the same screen.
